Johnson Chili Breakfast Burritos
* 1 Tbsp butter
* 8 oz Johnson Chili, thawed (Original or Hot-N-Spicy)
* 6 eggs, beaten
* 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
* 8 oz of salsa
* 8 oz sour cream
* Flour or corn tortillas
Melt the butter in a large skillet over the campfire. Add Johnson Chili and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the beaten eggs and stir frequently ensuring they don’t stick to the skillet. When the eggs are nearly cooked sprinkle with cheese and allow it to melt. Fill a tortilla until your heart is content, add salsa and sour cream (if desired). Fold the lower edge onto the mixture and roll the tortilla to form a burrito. Eat and repeat.
